pic

I have a stupid question.  I have a pic and it is below in my profile but how do I get it to post when I make post?  Thank you Donna. PS I always thinks it is nice to see who the person is one is talking to but I am failing.

That's not a stupid question.  It's a very good question, actually.

Up in the top right hand corner of your screen, you'll see your username for the website.  In your case, it will say Usandall.  Click on that and you'll get a drop down menu.  From there click "View Profile".  This will take you to a new page.  Once the new page has loaded up, you'll see your profile information with your name on the left hand side.  Right above the box with your name in it it will say "Customize Profile".  Click that and then go to Avatar and then throw your pic up there!

I cannot figure out how to add my pic.  I have a banner across the top for Obesity Help and in the right hand corner is three bars.....when I click on these I cannot get it to take me where I can edit profile or add picture.......
