B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 1/3 cup of peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - 1/3 cup of peanuts
D - thin crust pizza and Greek salad
S - maybe some CarbSmart ice cream
VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting soon

EXERCITES:
running after grandbabies and doing laundry

Not enough protein today, will work harder at it tomorrow

Oh dear, I had some chocolate I had this afternoon and it did evil things to my insides... why do I get deceived every time!! :-S I'm going to re-double my efforts to get that carb monster in check!!

It had Oreo bits in the chocolate and I think it was those that did it. Cookies seem to have a particularly bad effect on me. I just couldn't think of the type of cookie when I posted last night ;-)
I thought it was sufficiently little amount of Oreo to not be an issue... I was wrong ;-)

Bites: B - Chocolate protein coffee - 26G
S - Half avocado with lemon and salt
L - Was on the go, so I mixed unflavored isopure with crystal light tea. Not delicious, but tolerable!-. 26G. It's insane how I can ignore
D - Veggie Soup, will add protein in case I'm not hungry for the yogurt, it happens sometimes!
S - Greek yogurt, I was going with plain but I can't bloody figure out what I have to mix with it. OHHHHHH SF chocolate syrup DUH! Now I have something protein focused to look forward to!
Vits -stilll not allowed to take until after my appointment tomorrow. They don't even allow chewables!
Exercise - I have done TONS of laundry today, carrying in arms to keep weight down. Up down, up down stairs. I should sleep better! I mopped too!
I think that's extreme on the vitamins. What possible reason do they have?
Enjoy the Greek yogurt. Plain definitely has to be sweetened with something. I was thinking raspberry SF syrup. Yum! Mmm...blueberry. Peach. Cherry. Road trip!
