noodles and canned ham

hamburger helper and beans

Exercites: 1/2 hour walking dvd in the basement with a friend - she wants to start working out again, it is not very challenging but it will not hurt me.
I am just about done with my trainer again, I think next week is are last week til Sept so hopefully I have enough friends lined up to workout with me for the next month.
If I don't commit I don't do it.

Thanks for wishing me a good night's sleep last night - I slept right through... it's weird after a couple decades getting up every single night, I've had a dozen or couple dozen nights where I've slept right through in the 2 years post DS - who'da thunk it??
Your dinner sounds yum. I hope you and the hubs have a lovely time. I have some restaurant vouchers I need to spend before the end of August, so I'd better start going out although these days takeaway is more my style... yet another thing my teenage self would shudder to hear.
Today was really busy and I forgot to take in cheese and ham and I didn't nibble on any almonds either!!
