B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - 
D - stir fry beef and bok choy
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting 
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
walking (4 laps)

sausage and egg on an english muffin, hashbrown and orange juice

veggies and dip

2 mini muffins

few cookies

3 small breakfast sausages, fried potatoes and peas

bit of cheezies

small piece of pie

couple more sf cookies

What vanilla protein powder do you use that mixes well with coffee?  Does it get thick? 

I will be having surgery next month and want to try out some new protein powders.  I do not like the kind that get thick when they are mixed.

I like Syntrax Nectar vanilla bean protein with a dash of cinnamon for my protein coffee. In a 20 oz blender bottle with wire ball, add 4 - 5oz of 1/2 & 1/2 CREAM/milk (or Lactaid Milk if lactose sensitive), 1 heaping scoop of protein powder, shake for about 5 seconds to blend, pour into a huge mug, and top off with hoT coffee or chai tea. Always add hot to cold rather than cold to hot to keep protein from clumping. Cheers!

No chewing gum today as I got a sore tongue eating that (maybe it was due to dehydration, but I drank loads yesterday).

Very busy day.  Seemed like I just got to work, then it was time to good home.

Double protein decaf coffee

10 slices turkey bacon

1 1/2 cheddar cheese sticks

Double protein decaf coffee

Leftover garlic lime shrimp

mini carrots

small lunch bag size of chips

2" strip of cherry danish

Double protein decaf iced coffee

sunflower seeds

Double protein decaf iced coffee

meatloaf

cooked & well buttered carrots

few forkfuls of cornbread stuffing

very small scoop of ice cream

2 cookies

Double protein decaf iced coffee

Vites: all in

Fluids: 90 oz.
