You're right about SF gum making you drink less. I'm still on the pack I started on Sunday, it had about 7 sticks, so I should be OK if I don't increase the amount.
Anyway I gotta dash as I'm picking up my mom and then dropping her off at the hospital for her to visit my dad and then I'm going out to a friend's for a bring and share evening - there's a group, so I plan on taking an SF drink and some sausage rolls.
