Help... My Sour Breath
Good Morning All,
For the past few weeks I have noticed people take a step back from me when I am speaking. I have a feeling it is my breath...I cant smell it, but I see peoples reactions. I have had my teethe deep cleaned, brush up to 3 times daily, and since it has been over a year since my surgery, I doubt it is the early stage bad breath (at my goal weight now). I take Chlorophyl and recently started taking a high dose probiotic (50 Billion), this does not seems to help and I am so freaked out, I dont speak. Anyone have any suggestions? Please help!
SF gum? I stayed away from it coz of the 'itols' but I just tried some recently and I seem to be OK.
Could be you're not eating much either... try snacking on almonds.

It could be something in your diet, since it happen recently. I would try parsley, it may not be your idea of dessert, but chewing a little after a meal could do wonders for your breath, my mom love to eat fresh garlic and she would chew on fresh parsley afterwards. Also make sure your not lactose intolerant this could be a cause too.
