Went to visit the grandkids, just a spur of the moment decision, and it was a wonderful day. It was good, grandma and grandpa needed a grandchildren fix lol

I am still feeling overwhelmed but I will come home from work today and get some rest. I am so tired on my mind working overtime.

Not so good on the protein count, but I hit my minimum.  My dad's in hospital so I've been there a couple of times today.  He was dehydrated and is on a drip.  He seemed OK when I saw him, but obviously this hot weather got to him.  Today's been cooler, but he went in yesterday when it was still pretty hot.  I'm sure he'll be fine but they just want to run some tests on him and they only have skeleton staff weekends, so he should get some tests tomorrow.

I only found out that he went in today and I found out a few minutes before visiting hours started, so I just had to run out of the house - I get how others who spend time visiting loved ones struggle with their protein.

Sorry to hear about your fall... sounds like you need to get on the Naproxen to help with the aches.  I sent up prayers for you too ;-)

Honeypie, sorry to hear about your dad, hope he recovers quickly, and you take care of yourself as you are caring for him.

Noreen, I hope you didn't break anything a tumble like that must have been scary, hope you don't turn out to black and blue from that tumble

Prayer for both of you are being sent up.

Take care Susan
