I did a Noreen and fell asleep on the sofa last night.  I shouldn't have had the macaroni cheese as it gave me gas - thankfully we have a bit of heatwave and all the doors and windows were open, but I'd have preferred to not be in the same room as myself!! ;-)  I get away with something like macaroni cheese if I've not had it for a few weeks, but apparently that no longer seems to be the case!!

B1 Chocolate protein shake (30)
S Yogurt (5)
S Chocolate protein shake (30)
L Macaroni cheese (35)
S Chocolate protein shake (30)
D Crispy shredded beef and some spring rolls (30)

Protein total (160)
F 80+
V All in (inc 8 calcium batches) nightime iron, vit C & copper & strontium batches pending

Lots of probiotics might help but going without might be a better option.  {sigh}
