B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 
L - protein shake (30g)
S - buttered popcorn
D - leftovers meat loaf and a salad
S - glass of wine

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: done 
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
none

TGIF I can hardly wait for my day off tomorrow, work was a tough one last night - we had a big storm and things got crazy.

Bites:
Protein shake with 1/2 banana and pb

rice and sweet and sour chicken

gummy drops 

peanuts

quadilla

small bag cheezies

ice cream treat - after work

Vites: all in

Exercites: 1/2 of interval training

Feelings: except for tired from these shifts I feel good

I'm a little worried about the lack of protein and was wondering it could be making you feel tired.

Hi Gina, I'm later posting than normal today as I had an impromptu BBQ at the neighbors.  I popped round to say 'hi' and ended up having some sausages!! ;-)  It's been great BBQ weather as it hit 92ºF today.

I bought more chocolate flavor protein for an extra ~$10 as Amazon no longer does this flavor and sadly I've decided it's my favorite - boo hoo!!

Fell asleep on the sofa. Hubs woke me up at 11:00. I was knocked out!

double protein decaf iced coffee

10 slices turkey bacon 

1 cheddar cheese stick

Co-worked made his "special salad" for all of us. It was yummy.

tuna, black olives, cherry tomatoes, parm cheese, romaine lettuce, few croutons, & yummy dressing. 

1 slice of heavily buttered pumpernickel bread

Small piece of chocolate cake. 2"x2"

cinnamon almonds, handful

double protein decaf iced coffee

Crockpot beef roast

1/4 cup mashed potatoes

cole slaw
