BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - meat loaf and green beans
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting soon
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
walking (2 laps)

good morning - very sad here today I looked at my schedule and I work on Friday, I get Saturday off. feels like it it soooo far away. 

Bites:

protien shake

bowl of rice krispie cereal

protein bar

protein shake

10 timbits and an ice capp - cold coffee drink

small bowl of chips (they were no good)

apple with celery and pb

Vites: all in

Exercites: 1/2 interval

Feelings: happy about it being a new day

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Yay - TGINF!!  My vitamin D came back and it was slightly low, ie 65 and the minimum is 75... they no longer state a maximum range - WTH??  I was doing 50,000 iu a day and went above range (when they used to have a maximum) so I cut that back to 3 days a week and now I'm low.

My doc prescribed me some vit D drops so I'll see how I do with those.  She wants to re-test me in a couple of months to see how I'm doing.  I'm prepared to give it a go as assume I should absorb that well like other sublinguals.

I'm still waiting for PTH!!

ate top crust off 1 1/2 slices

4 Girl Scout thin mint cookies

Wendy's bacon cheeseburger. Threw most of the bun away. Ate 2/3rds of burger
