Hi guys,
Almost over the hump and on to the weekend!

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - chicken stir fry with bok choy
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done 
iron: done
evening batch: starting soon
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
walking (3 laps)

Good morning, My hump day is just starting lol

Bites:

homemade taco salad

egg salad sandwich

2 ice cream treats

a few chips and diet pop

I came home and slept til 1pm and made a salad around 3:30 pm and then had the sandwich around 8 pm - I will get back on track and get some protein in today

Vites: all in and did them up so I'm good for another month

Exercites: none

Feelings: I'm ok I would like to be better, but I have lots of stuff on my mind, and generally nothing I have control over.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Yay - it's that day again which calls for camel humor!!

It's hot and I think it's pizza for dinner tonight - I just don't feel like having much else.

BTW I think they need to start working on smaller camels and bigger needles, but this made me LOL!!

Are you struggling to get all your protein in?  The shakes definitely help get the number up... have a nice flavour also helps.

turkey bacon

cheddar cheese stick

1/2 ham/Swiss/bacon/dill pickle sandwich on pumpernickel toast

few chips (stale, so I ate very little)

3 mini carrots

3 forkfuls of peanut butter cake. Gave rest to co worker

double protein decaf iced coffee

Another double protein decaf iced coffee

bunless Sloppy Joe. Served over a few French fries w/ a slice of melted cheese 

peas

double protein decaf iced coffee

2 cookies

 Vites: all in

fluids: working on the last of 90oz.
