Protein shake chocolate with coffee in it
1/2 sandwich
protein shake mixed with some fruit
roast pork, yam and kernal corn and a couple pieces cucumber
nacho and cheese
bit of carmel popcorn

Feelings: good did some laundry, food prep and read some of my book
