What surgeons accept Medicare assignment?

Dr Ara Keshishian, in Glendale, California, is considered one of the top DS revision surgeons in the world. He accepts Medicare but does charge a $3,000-$4,000 "program fee".

Dr K did my VSG to DS revision (incl tightening up my sleeve at the top) in January; I can't recommend him highly enough. As required, I stayed in the area for 10 days after my surgery but was soon out sightseeing by bus, on my own. The recovery and journey so far, have been remarkably smooth.

Wishing you the best,

Tricia

Hi! do you mind If I ask a personal question?  I will also be a sleeve to DS revision and my sleeve will need to be tightend or resleeved as well.  Do you mind if I ask how your weight loss has gone since the revision??  Thanks!  anna.

Next Wednesday, the 23rd, will be the 6 month anniversary of the revision. In that time, I have lost 67 pounds with about another 31 to go.

Did you have to pay the program fee again.

Count on paying that program fee.
