Feelings: I was feeling very anxious and talkative today. I went through a cookbook and came up with some meal plans after work and made rice krispie squares and puff wheat cake - they seemed to have worked, I had a small piece of each

Happy Sunday! Had a fantastic 2 days with family. Ate a load of carbs, back to normal tomorrow.
