Good day everyone,
Bites:
protein shake
protein bar
1/2 cup homemade taco salad
1/2 cup stroganoff and 1 cup spag squash with 1/2 cup bean salad
then
veggies and dip
jelly beans 15
small bag of cheezies
small bag of peanuts
5 licorice
and once I got home from work at small ice cream
that was my food day
Vites: all in
Exercites: 50 min aquasize and 30 min interval training
Feelings: good but long shift at work, and all I could do was think about food, I think I ate well most of the day, so because of all the exercise I am not going to beat myself up about the other stuff.
