Well its been a while and almost 9 years post-op
Howdy DSrs, pre ops, and thoes looking into the DS.
Its been a very long while, life has just been a bit nuts. Its been a good 2 years since Ive been by....sorry. Most wont recognize me some of the vets will. Ill be 9 years post in about a month and better believe my DS still is working. Actually Im at my lowest weight to date.
The DS changed my life for the better and has helped me in so many ways. Being "normal" is part of it. Granted Ive been a bit different from day 1 and still am. But Im healthy happy and living life.
And for thoes that have known me for a while....last check it was 2 horses now its 5 (4 arabians and 1 irish sport horse) ....well 6 if you include the boyfriends horse so 6 arabians and the ISH) Ive got my hands full and plenty to do. Thus my been away....horses take a lot of time. And Im back in the show ring quite a bit on top of training others.
I will try to be around more and read up on things that might have changed.
