3 protein shakes - I'm trying to make up for yesterday!! I slept in 'til 7:15 today... I can't believe that I call that a lie in these days. Anyway, I was OK yesterday apart from the worst smelling gas ever, thankfully that stopped before bed time, but I don't want to do that again!!
I'm going to Turkey, so I might not post much for the next week... we'll see.
