BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - chips
D - chili and cheese with Scoops
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: done
heme iron:done

EXERCITES:
laundry and housework

Happy Saturday everyone,

Bites:
1/2 a banana

strawberry shake

2 scrambled eggs and 1 1/2 breakfast sausage

popcorn 2 cups

banana

nuts 1/2 cup

soup and crackers 2 cups of soup and 10-12 crackers

bolonie sandwich

apple with 2 slices brick cheese

polish sausage 2 inches

strawberry sundae - on drive home from work at 11pm

Vites: all in and antibiotics for sore throat

Exercites: just can't get into it

Feelings: I am ok, I am focused on my food these days, and we have the work bbq today, I wonder if using my jaws for all my talking is considered exercise

I'm not on the PC, but am getting sleepy on the sofa so am doing a quick post now.  I got in all my vits plus 130g protein and an unfortunate amount of chocolate - yes I had gurgling for a while this afternoon... I'm sure I'll pay at 5am!! ;-)

double protein decaf coffee

2 soft boiled eggs w/ fried ham cubes & 1 heavily buttered piece of rye toast all smooshed together

Double protein decaf coffee

used leftover steak & made steak nachos, maybe 8-10. With cheese, salsa, sour cream

Double protein decaf iced coffee

leftover shrimp. 9 small shrimp

leftover rice pilaf - approximate 1/4 cup

2 Oreos

Double protein decaf iced coffee

another Double protein decaf iced coffee

vites: all in

fluids: 90 oz.

Slept till noon, so no breakfast...

L - various assorted leftover chinese buffet chicken/pork faire

S - Same as above

D Chicken with a cream cheese sauce and a little green beans

S - more chicken

 

So. Much. Chicken.

Vites all in.

I don't know how you do a lot of chicken either. It was very hard for me early out. Good job with your Bites & Vites.

I don't know - it doesn't bother me. Pork and beef gave me problems but by 2 1/2 months out, I could eat any meat! Very lucky, I guess!
