***Thursday Bites, Vites & Exercites***

Hi guys,

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - fish nuggets 
S - chips and dip

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
walking (1 lap)

I had a big eating day yesterday and really don't want to share it, but we all have days like this (I hope)

 Bites:

Strawberry shake with yogurt mixed in

grapes and yogurt

Greek salad

nuts - small bag of chips - 1/2 bag of nibs (all at work)

hamburger -  2 patties ( bbq at home)

rhubarb crisp and ice cream  and cheezies in the evening - all at different times

Vites: all in

Exercites: 30 min interval and cutting grass 30 min

Feelings: still a bit under the weather, but hanging in there.  

Concern: I eat a lot of junk stuff, but I only have little bits over all so portion size is not the issue it is about the choices I make that is most frustrating. Well I'm glad I get a new fresh day to try to do better,

It hit 77 degrees today (hottest UK day this year so far) and it's 104 in Turkey - EEK!!  I may have to spend some time in the air-conditioned coffee shop next week... I'm good so long as I have my Kindle!!

Oh definitely stay in the coffee shop for the AC.  We're having a cooler day today but we also have a hurricane moving up the coast.  {sigh}

LOL. I was looking for the Fiday edition of Vites & Bites. I'm off by a whole day!

double protein decaf coffee

1 leftover hush puppy

6 leftover fried shrimp

pecan twirl

fluids: 90 oz.

Absolutely it felt like Friday. I will totally enjoy the 3-day weekend. Stay safe and dry during hurricane Arthur and have a happy 4th.
