Turned out to be awesome weather here. I guess the hurricane cooled us off and we got little or no rain from it.

The hurricane went up and away from us at the last minute but left us with amazing weather for the holiday. It was a beautiful breezy and cool-ish day, the high in the low 80s.

Holy crap...some of your lists.... how do you eat so much? Lol. I'm only 5 1/2 months out BUT my dumbo surgeon does huge sleeves - only remove 50% of the stomach. I didn't have a huge stomach to begin with, but I can still only handle maybe...oh...anywhere from 3-4.5oz at a time. I eat a little, food gets cold, reheat, eat, reheat.....repeat.

I'm losing super slow, like 10lbs/month (and I had 200+lbs to lose)....feels like I got a crappy DS when I see people can eat so much and be at goal. Lol. ANYWAY,

Slept super late, 2pm so my eating is off.

Lunch - Pickle Spears (stupid. Pickle craving.)

Snack - 3 chicken strips

Dinner - various chicken/beef chinese foods (to go buffet...yeaaaaah)

About 100g protein. Will probably be eating a little more of my chicken in brown sauce to get it up higher.

I feel your pain!  lol   I have sleeve capacity too and I think mine is from using protein shakes for breakfast lunch rather than forcing dense protein. I don't know how folks get enough protein using dense food...I can't do it anyway.

LOL. It does look like I eat a lot, doesn't it? I'll tell you, I graze all day long, but don't confuse the variety with amounts. Example, the Cesar salad was maybe 3 forkfuls. The lobster chunks were tiny, & I doggie bagged most of the shrimp.  When I eat things like rice or potatoes, it is only after I get my protein in and then it's a forkful or two.

3 chicken strips, would probably  take me 1\2 hour to eat, & then I seriously doubt if I could get 3 in unless they were small strips.

Maybe I should go back to listing my amounts, so folks see the quantity. Thanks for noticing.
