B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - Brunswick stew
S - CarbSmart ice cream
VITES:

Happy Monday ladies,
Bites:
I drank lots of tea, coffee and diet pop today for my sore throat
shanke
soup and crackers
hard boiled egg and yogurt
smokie on a bun with mac n cheese and a spoon of beans
and tooooo many jelly beans
a few peanuts - but it was to dry on my throat
chips and dip, just a bit
Vites: all in
Exercites: none
Feelings: I went to work and it was busy in the next city to ours there was so much rain and it hit so fast, peoples basements got flooded, it was aweful, I really felt for them and it happened so fast - I answer phones for disaster companies, and the phones were going crazy
I still have a sore throat but I mentally feel good, I am off work today.

I'm sorry those folks got hit so hard but I'm sure they were glad to talk to a real person to get them started towards recovery.

Oh dear, back to work for R&R. I used to LOVE going to my grandparents - getting spoiled was expected, even if it was just a boiled sweet!!
Well, I now have less than a week 'til I go to Turkey again!! It's gonna be hot and I'm going to have to get some good books for my Kindle, yay!!
