Hi guys,

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - stir fried chicken and bok choy
S - CarbSmart ice cream
S - peanuts

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
walking (2 laps)

Happy Canada Day - 

Bites:

Strawberry Protein Shake

2 eggs/ 2 turkey sausages and 1 slice toast

Protein bar - quest

Polish sausage, cheese, pickles, crackers - about 5

cherries - about 6

Chicken- 2 thighs and 2 legs (2 pieces at supper and 2 more pieces while cleaning up and doing dishes), potatoes, ceaser salad and beans

Jelly beans - around 8  - one handful and some cheeqies

Vites: all in

Exercites: 30 min at the gym with trainer - I am making a commitment to get back at it. 

Feelings: I feel good, I am excited about it beginning Canada Day and beginning some things fresh, I am going to spend the month focusing on God and spend time with him in prayer, music and reading. I want to be kinder and gentler to myself and I need to seek his love for me to do that. I am also going to work on a 90 day fitness challenge and I just finished chapter 2 so it hasn't started yet, but building up to it. I have to do my weigh in and measurement today and take a picture of myself, and since I like what I look like in a bathing suit, shouldn't be to bad.

Anyway, here is to a new journey for the the month

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.
