***Saturday Bites, Vites & Exercites***

Hi guys,
I could use some critter swinging this weekend. We're housing my entire extended family this evening.   Ok, maybe not all but close enough. I'm an introvert and this will drive me into my personal cave emotionally. 

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - chips and dip
L - protein shake (30g)
S - deviled eggs and chips or other munchies
D - doing massive take-out dinner for the crowd, so I don't know what we might have yet. I suspect BBQ with all the sides and maybe veggie pizza.
S - 

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
laundry, housework and crowd control

eggs and toast - son made me breakfast

soup and crackers

cheezies played scrabble

couple homemade cookies

perogys, sausage, vegges

pie and whipped cream

Vites: all in

Exercites: resting and reading most of the day - sick with no voice but I am way better this morning

Feeling: I feel pretty good this morning - overall yesterday I was a bit rough

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Thank you! Survived yesterday but had to hide in my cave a couple of times. One time I was in my study holding the middle grandbaby watching Strawberry Shortcake and she fell asleep. Wish I could have done that too.

Hang in there Gina. Just like Susan said, "these people love you." In any case I got 4 critters swingin' in a southern direction.
