D - beef stir fry with onion, bamboo shoots and zucchini

Feelings: not great, kind of depressed, and tired - I'm sending up prayers for a better week, the weekend was a tough one workwise. Back at the gym with the trainer today after work then aquasize this evening, so excited about getting active again. - Weight is still up so kind of discouraged, but I know my holiday might have bitten me in the butt, just took a while.
