Hi guys,

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - pork rinds
S - buttered popcorn
L - protein shake (30g)
D - out to dinner at Cheesecake Factory--Asian pear martini (OMG!), 1/4 of my shepard's pie ( thank goodness for doggy bags), and a few bites of wild blueberry and white chocolate cheese cake w/whipped cream
S - glass of wine

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: done  
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
laundry and moving stuff for the carpet cleaners

egg and yogurt ( my new snack )

mushroom soup and turkey salad sandwich

small container of chips and diet pop

homemade beef noodle soup 

protein shake

Vites: all in

Exercites: 45 min with trainer, doing intervals

Feelings: good, things seem calm and cool

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Why oh why do we poop first thing in the morning... really 4:45 on the weekend!!  I went back to bed afterwards for an extra 4 hours - bliss!!

I feel your pain. I wish I could go back to sleep for 4 more hours....not happening.  lol
