B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - white chicken chili
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
S - salad
D - fish nuggets
S - CarbSmart ice cream
VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: done
heme iron: done
EXERCITES:
walking

Bites:
Protein shake
protein bar
1/2 cup oatmeal and 1 slice of toast
coffee with splenda (2)
1 hard boiled egg
chips and diet pop
roast beef, salad, broccoli (fried onions and gravy of beef)
yogurt and 1/2 bagel
Vites: all in
Exercites: 1/2 hour interval and 1 1/2 aquafitness
Feeling: my body is sore from getting back into exercise, but it feels good, I just keep thinking in a week I will be done with the sore muscles. I didn't gain any weight while I was on holidays so pretty happy with that. And my next thing I am working on is getting the sugars down. I want to see if I can keep the weightloss going.
I am glad the order of things have been restored lol

Hey Sumundo - it's good to have you back... the pressure of 'first responder' was just too much, he he!! Thank God I'm not a first responder too, both for people in emergencies and my sake!!
