Anyways, Irishnurse's iron post got me to check those numbers more closely and I'm comfortably in range - yay. My doc suggested that I halve my dose - SERIOUSLY?? The only slightly high one was mean cell hemaglobin at 32.8 (range 27-32) which you thought that was OK on the range you're given. I'll keep doing what I'm doing until the next set in 3 months. I saw the doc today and she said that PTH does take longer and I'm curious about that and zinc too, ho hum.

Yeah, why docs think we can maintain levels when we are only in range and not at the top of things I just don't understand. I think they fall back on their instinct that is based on how normies absorb.

The labs I've had back so far are good, so according to that theory I should be able to stop taking ALL vitamins, he he!!
