PROBIOTICS

Just checking on you. I'm still doing fine. Actually better than expected. I did try some ice cream the other day and thought I committed suicide. Gave my stomach the worst pain and gas. But I'm back on tract now. Still doing well with the 365. Let me know how you are doing. I'm a need the support. 

I've seen Ultra Defense probiotics as a stronger probiotic that people use.

I haven't had a lot of gas problems so I started with no probiotic and just
added a generic acidolphilius probiotic a couple months back. I can't say that I've
noticed any real difference. I did also try Align probiotics when I was having a bad spell.
it turned out my issues were caused by an abscess so the probiotic didn't really help.

I notice I have been getting abscess in my mouth lately for the past year, need major dental work now.  They were saying it could be from immune system being low, the right bacteria is not up, therefore a high enough dosage of probiatic could help. 

Yesterday I just order a higher dosage of probiatic, 25,000 billion.  Lucikly the gas is not a problem but I am hoping it will help with the offensive bathroom odor.  Me cutting a lot of the sugar has helped, however has not eliminated.

You know I've been thinking that our gas issues may be linked to our guts insofar as flagyl treats both gas AND gum disease.  My dentist kept on saying that I need to be more thorough and that I had slight gum disease... well I've been more thorough than I normally am and he normally compliments me as it'd appear that not many people floss here daily.

Probiotics have made a huge difference with my gas and smell issue. I take four Digestive Advanatage Intensive Bowel Support per day. I have less gas and my poo smells less offensive though still eye watering. lol.
