B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
S - Greek yogurt
D - leftover pot roast and mashed cauliflower
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
none

small bags chip and diet pop

trail mix with fruit and nuts

hamburger with cheese cauliflower

banana

Vites: all in

Exercites: 2 mile power walk

Gina I would have be happier running after grandbabies. lol, I will be this next week, we will be on holiday's starting Wed til the following Mon. We will get to see the ones we haven't seen in a year. So looking forward to that. Getting away will be a nice treat.

Oh how I miss those new sleeve saintly days... if I could get re-sleeved I think I seriously would!! ;-)

I'd be as bad as every newby though... am I losing too fast, will it ever stop and when will I be able to eat more than a teaspoon's worth of food, he he. 

I hope you managed to escape your conference for a bit.

Probably not panic mode, but I'm pretty good at whiny mode, he he!! ;-)  It's a rite of passage to whine when you're first sleeved!!
