BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - roast beef and mashed cauliflower
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
laundry and housework

coffee with whitener

strawberry shake

banana

3 scrabbled eggs with cheese

donut holes and a tea

cheezies and diet pop - Scrabble with hubby

chicken and slice of bread

ice cream sundae

Vites: all in

Exercites: walking at the grocery store ( does that count?(lol)

Feelings: our house went on the market yesterday and we had a showing so that is a good sign, lets hope for some this weekend, hubby and I had a talk last night and he seems to be ready to sell, he keeps saying it is time, I hope he really feels that way. I sway back and forth, but we really need to do this. OK I must get to work.

on a side note, i made an extra shake to take to work and a protein breezer drink, I like the breezer but it gets really foamy and I don't like that.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

I hope the protein drink worked out today at work.

Ugh - I had some Skittles late last night (not loads, but enough to upset a DSer).  I was due to have iron before bed, so dairy was a no go... I'm ordering some popcorn as I need some snacks that aren't quite so naughty!! 

I had 2 protein shakes today as I was trying to keep the munchies at bay.  I've also ordered white chocolate protein on next month's order as I don't want to get bored of any one flavor - hopefully it'll be nice.

I'm still a work in progress I guess - suppose I always will be in this lifetime!!

I switched up today and had a nice chocolate protein shake at lunchtime. I usually have strawberry mousse so the chocolate was really good. I hope the Skittles are out of your system you're feeling better.
