L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - salad and 2 bunless cheese burgers
S - CarbSmart ice cream

Well we made it, the weekend is here, WooHoo
Thursdays bites:
Strawberry shake
3 coffee with whitener
cheezies and a few pretzels with diet pop - played scrabble with hubby
ham sandwich
noodles
ice cream 1/2 cone and later a small bowl
popcorn and a bit more diet pop
banana
Vites: all in
Exercites: most of my housework - I may have not been doing my reg. exercise, but I have been working my butt off with getting this house ready, pictures are being done today and we listed yesterday. So just got to keep it clean and continue to work on the clutter, but I am happy the worse it over. Now I can get back to putting some balance back in my life. (or so I hope)
Feelings: touched on that up in Exercites
My eating wasn't great yesterday but it will be on track today, I am going grocery shopping - I just have to get my son to stop eating my food, I came home the other day and all my cheese and coil of ham was gone - darn it. I hate sharing lol

Darn, I was gonna put a up a camel and then I realized I missed that one. Oh well, yay it's Friday!!
2 protein shakes today, wow the power of chocolate flavor - yum!! I'm thinking I could work in a 3rd one, but I'd have to get an extra shaker to take to work as I'll forget it there otherwise (I broke my spare recently). I'll just mull that over for now I think (might help me fight day time munchies though).
Anyways, it's a beautiful day today and summer really does seem to have arrived (yeah, OK that probably just broke summer).
