Energy Level
I noticed my energy level has dropped pretty low lately. I'm tracking my protein and iron levels, as well as D3, and I am a little anemic now. Going to the doctor to get some more tests done.
I hate falling asleep at 7pm at night. If I sit down and watch TV for 15 minutes, I'm out. That's not like me.
I do not drink any caffeine after noon because it always kept me up at night. Now I drink coffee at night to stay awake and it doesn't stop me from falling asleep either. That's when I knew I needed to see my doctor.
