So sorry, I didn't have time to check in yesterday- Dentist appt early in the morning - then I had a ton of stuff to do, and then it was off to work for the evening shift.
So lets do yesterday,
Bites:
protein shake
club sandwich and frys and soup - at the restaurant ( big meal I ate most of it
bag of candy = gummies about 17 in the bag
nuts
sub sandwich - doubled the meat and a cookie and a 1/2
cheezies and diet pop
- doesn't look like much but the sandwiches were big, so I was pretty full - lots of eating out over the weekend - I didn't weigh in this morning scared to look at the scale.
Gina a couple questions - I am going to do a day of shakes, and I was wondering how many a person should have in a day? I need to kill the carb monster and the sugar guy is going to get kicked to the curb to. lol - I am going to cut back on snacking on junk foods and try for healthier options, I think things like hard boiled eggs, yogurt (greek) and nuts, do you have any other ideas? My weight has gotten down to 210 to 209 which is good, but I am worried that the bad eating is going to kick me in the ass if I keep it up. One day at a time. So I have started my day with a protein shake and the rest of today's report will be tomorrow - have a great day.

I think 6 a day for a couple of days would work. You'll be sick of them in no time though. Try not to stay on them too long. Good luck.

I'm seeing the vampires tomorrow afternoon so won't be taking any more vitamins for 24 hours - I'll catch up on zinc and 2 of the major calcium and vit bundles, but I won't manage to get the 3rd one in tomorrow.
