Happy Sunday Everyone,

I love Sundays - I am so excited today, finish up  things with the garage sale at my mom's and get ready for the next week, I still have lots of housework to do, but I am excited to get at it, the rooms that are clean and clutter free feel so goooood. lol

Bites:

protein shake

puff wheat cake 2 pieces

meat sub from subway

a few cheezies, and a small bowl of grapes

a little bag of gummy candy

pizza after work last night around 11pm

Vites: all in

Exercites: nothing really - just walking and standing at the garage sale.

Feelings: excited

I spent yesterday afternoon and evening bloated, gassy and in the bathroom - not my best day

Sounds like you had a productive weekend. Good for you! Could sugar be the culprit messing your system up?

Hi Gina, so I'm currently on my second course of antibiotics for thrush (after having done 2 sets of pessaries - different types).  I'm hoping that it works this time as it's proving really stubborn.  The antibiotics are the same type and strength, and duration I had the first time, so I have my reservations as to whether it'll work - I have a couple of days left to go.

I'm good right now, but we'll see.  I'm hoping my 30 billion strength probiotics will arrive in the next few days - it got good reviews on Amazon.

I'm seeing the doc tomorrow as she took a urine sample just in case (I really don't think there will be any issue there, as I don't suffer with cystitis thankfully).  I'm going to request to get my bloodwork done as I'm due (I get it quaterly) and wonder if I'll find anything.  I really doubt it as I'm on top of my protein and vits, but you can never be too sure.

B Chocolate protein shake!! (30)
S Potato chips (yes, I know)
S Fromage frais (10)
L Chicken breast (30)
S Yogurt (5)
S Chocolate protein shake!! (30)

I hope this round of antibiotics does the trick. Sounds like you've got a really stubborn case of thrush.

Good for you on the protein shakes!

Looks good. I need to look for the Jimmy Dean breakfast bowls. They would probably make a good dinner for me.

That's a good idea.  I usually push most of the potatoes aside.  You know how often I  have breakfast foods for dinner,.

HI, Which brand of protein do you use? There's so many different kind out there. Thank you ESther

I use Syntrax Nectar protein powder mostly. You can get those through Vitalady, Vitamin Shoppe or Amazon. I use the vanilla for my protein coffee and the chocolate or strawberry mousse for my lunchtime shake.
