Mmm... stir fry sounds good. I've not had that for a few weeks, I think I need to talk DH into making some!! ;-)
Anyways I got bored of my protein shake flavors so finally tried chocolate - YUM!! The flavor is Belgian chocolate and it's very nice - I hope I don't get bored, but the only reason I ventured to a new flavor is that vanilla had gone up in price and was ~$10 more for the same stuff in chocolate!!

Chocolate protein shakes have never let me down. I could drink those right after surgery even when everything else tasted like chemicals and tin foil.
