B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - chili
S - peanuts
S - Greek yogurt
D - 3 bunless beef chili dogs and a hard cider
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting soon
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
laundry and  yard work

 Hello Everyone Happy Saturday,

Bites:

Protein shake

1/2 Denver and bowl of soup with a glass of chocolate milk

mixed nuts

grapes

meat and cheese with pickles and cucumber slices

small bag of chips and diet pop

Vites: all in

Exercites: none

Feelings: good but busy with the garage sale then had to go to work. I more late night then off tomorrow, and the garage sale finishes tomorrow, so once that is over things will settle down, then we just have home stuff to do.

I hope everyone is having a great weekend the weather here is beautiful.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Very nice Bites. It's a pretty weekend here too. We went out and did some yard work, otherwise, didn't do much.

Even though I worked today, it was a very productive day. Came home and did all my housework, so I can play tomorrow.

bbq Fritos
