Hello everyone,
Bites:
protein shake with a couple strawberries
bowl of cereal and milk
handful of candy
chinese noodles and some deli chicken - gave me gas
hamburger helper with 1/2 a brown bun
ice cream
some chips and diet pop
that is my day overall - not great but not toooo bad lol
Vites: all in
Exercites: housework, mostly planting the flowerbed and painting kitchen cupboards and in the bathroom some touchups. Thankfully everything is dry this morning - the smell was aweful.
Feelings: good headed to aquasize this morning with friends then to my moms regarding garage sale for this weekend (she is not sure she wants to do it) and then home to get more stuff done here, I had one realestate agent out yesterday and I am getting another one to come take a look tomorrow, so I want to have it closer to ready
