B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - white chicken chili
S - protein shake (30g)
S - peanuts
D - leftover roast pork and green beans
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
none

Good day everyone

I didn't do good yesterday, and I have no idea today, so I am going to check in tomorrow with what I have today. I like being one day behind, it just makes it easier for me. I tried to pre-plan for the day I was on but that went to **** in a hand basket -sorry to say. So have a good Tuesday everyone and see you on here tomorrow

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Iron by shot (have 2 more coming in June, not absorbing orally)

 

EXERCITES:

Jog/walk for 15 mins.
