B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - peanuts
D - chicken tenders and hard cider
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting after dinner
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
laundry and housework

Happy Weekend everyone

Bites: 

Protein shake

yogurt with fruit and granola - at a restaurant

couple snack things - chips and chocolate with ice tea

homemade hot hamburger sandwich with onions, mushrooms and gravy mac n cheese and some peas

ice cream cone

Vites: All in

Exercites: worked on flowerbeds and finished spray painting tires and cement blocks and got them lined up like I wanted

Feelings: good today

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

And I was doing so good until late in the afternoon.

Double protein decaf coffee

fried egg sandwich w/ 3 pieces of ham & American cheese on 1 slice of rye toast

Almonds

Double protein decaf coffee

Lunch with GF at Carabas:

gnocchi fritters

Grilled chicken w/ fontina cheese, mushrooms, ham

Salad 

few bites of garlic mashed potatoes 

Double protein decaf coffee

Handful of M&Ms

caramel popcorn

3 Rolos

deli ham

cheddar cheese

bowl of Rice Chex w/ lf milk

Double protein decaf iced coffee

vites: all in

fluids: 100 oz.
