yogurt with fruit and granola - at a restaurant
couple snack things - chips and chocolate with ice tea
homemade hot hamburger sandwich with onions, mushrooms and gravy mac n cheese and some peas
ice cream cone

Exercites: worked on flowerbeds and finished spray painting tires and cement blocks and got them lined up like I wanted

bowl of Rice Chex w/ lf milk
