Bites:
Protein shake

8 chicken nuggets from mcdonalds and a pop
chips, chocolate peanut M&M's and ice tea
2 drumsticks (chicken) and a few homemade fries
ice cream

Exercite: just housework again- no aquasize
Feeling: I am good, lots to do again today, not really back on track, I didn't write stuff down I am just going by memory, and that may make it not totally accurate. I have today off so going out for brunch, picking up some soil and arranging my flower beds, and I plan to get my tomato plants replanted to - hubby needs to turn on outside water taps. I have a huge honey to do list, over the next few days, lol, we will see how that goes.
On a side note: I weight in this morning and I am maintaining my weight loss at 210lb which I have been since April after the personal training support, so feeling good about that.
Concern: I have gas and it stinks, I have had it for at least a week, maybe longer, it starts around supper time and goes on til morning. I get bloated, cramping and lots of discomfort, I am not eating or drinking anything different. Would a probiotic help???

For years I took fishzole, a.k.a. Flagyl, to deal with gas but I've recently found a prescription probiotic that is working very well. If you need to clear the slate you might want to take a round of Flagyl and then hit the probiotcs really hard. The prescription probiotic is called VSL#3-DS if you want to do some research. The OTC strength is just VSL#3.
