POOPING AFTER DS

ok this is x rated so if your eyes are virgins you might not want to read this but,  I had my DS 4 yrs ago this Aug 4th and I have always wondered if anyone else has this problem

When i have to go poop and I need to hold it till i get somewhere, it wont hold it will come shooting out the vagina!  yes its true i sware, please comment if you have any experience with this or knowledge

I really feel for you and forgive me but your post really lifted my spirits.  Wowsers, I'm male so I can't say I've had the exact same experience.  I had my surgery a month ago and I have learned that I may never again be able to trust a fart.  I go to the toilet now when I feel the need to pass gas.  Sometimes I think I will poop and its a record breaking fart.  Other times - but worse - I think I will pass gas but end up pooping.  I now know what sharting is :(

Humor aside, MAYBE, this may help.  It is counter-intuitive.  I told a nurse about my bowel habits and she suggested more fiber.  I figured that would be the worst thing to do.  However, apparently fiber can also help bulk things up.  It sort of makes sense because I am trying to get the protein first and have less fiber now than before.  It blows my mind how differently individual bodies can behave.  I haven't had the reactions to protein and carbs that others have reported...

This is something you need to have fixed.  Just to make it easy to understand, you have torn a hole between your rectum and vagina.  This can cause all sorts of problems and infections!  Go see the doc sooner than later!

I just had my papsmear and she said I have a huge scrape in my vagina and she said she's never seen that before and I have to go back in a week for a recheck

be sure when you go for your recheck you tell her poop is coming thru your vagina! That is seriously some kind of scrape!

Yea, that is more than a scrape...  They are going to have to close up your rectum to stop that.  Excrement in the vagina causes major infections. 

You need to tell them about the bowel movements - because that isn't going to heal on it's own.
