BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
S - protein shake (30g)
L - bunless cheese burger
S - pork rinds
S - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
D - stir fried pork w/green onions and Chinese cabbage
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting after dinner
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
none

crazy eating day yesterday:

Bites:


protein shake

1/2 cereal,1 boiled egg 

Chinese type rolls (4)

nibs

granola

noodles and a couple wings

ice cream

not sure what else, I'm starting proper tracking today

Vites: all in

Exercites: again, just housework stuff, I hope to go aquasizing this evening

Feelings: still anxious I thought I would feel better after getting the stuff finished that my brother had to do, but know I have to get ready for the garage sale at my moms for the end of the month, it is my day off today and I am going to be working on that at her house in the city. I want to touch up paint and stuff in the bathroom tomorrow and get my hubby to get the yard-work started it is awful looking.
