B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt with fresh strawberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - brat and coleslaw
S - peanuts
D - fish nuggets
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting after dinner
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
none

Bites:

Protein shake

cereal, milk, orange, and boiled egg

apple and cheese

protein shake

granola bar

garlic sausage and mac n cheese and peas

cheezies and diet pop

Vites: all in

Exercites: nothing - not a good week for this so far, after tonight it will get better - been busy getting ready for my brother to come get some work done here.

Feeling: mixed - trying to get the house on the evaluated to put on the market.
