Good day everyone,
this is hard to do, I have stopped writing down what I had from the day before, so I have to go by memory, that is not so easy for me.
Bites:
protein shake with a banana
cottage cheese and an orange
spinach salad
hamburger
chips and pop
hamburger helper with white rice
ice cream
Vites: all in
Exercites: none - but did do a little more work in the bathroom, so tonight I can get my part finished and my brother can do his tomorrow evening.
Feelings: I've been better and I've been worse - so that is what it is

Trying to eliminate my donut addiction, I bought a LaraBar. Blueberry muffin. Only ingredients are: dates, cashews,blueberries, blueberry juice, vanilla. Ate 1/2 of it. Carbs 13. I wasn't impressed. Maybe I need to try different flavors?
