S - Scoops and fresh salsa
D - pot roast and green beans

4 calcium batches: (none for 24 hours-dexa scan)
iron: done
evening batch: starting after dinner
heme iron: pending

1/2 cup cottage cheese
Vites: all in
Exercites: finished working on the spare room, two hall closets are now clean and more of the bathroom got done. I still have work in the bathroom to do, getting all the old caulking out and getting ready for new caulking. Did some laundry and got lots of stuff ready for our Culture Club garage sale (donating).
Feelings: good but when I was working out more consistently I had more energy and felt happier. But there is lots to do in the spring so once I get organized things should get better.
