B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt with blueberries
S - 1/3 cup peanuts
L - leftover meat loaf
S - pork rinds
S- Greek yogurt
D - stir fried pork w/green onions and zucchini
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches:done
iron: done
evening batch: starting after dinner
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
none

Good day everyone,

Bites:

protein shake

1/2 cinnamon bun with coffee

chicken and manga - small amount

chips and diet pop

hot hamburger and pot and cauliflower with fried onions and mushrooms and gravy

carmel  popcorn

1/2 piece of mousse cake and decaf coffee

Vites: all in

Execites: 90 mins aquasize

Feelings: good, today we have a super busy day, so everyone enjoy there Friday
