S - 1/3 cup peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - peanuts and 2 Babybel cheese rounds
S - salad
D - meat loaf
S - CarbSmart ice cream
VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting after dinner
heme iron: pending
EXERCITES:
walking (2 laps)

Sorry I missed yesterday, had to head out early and just didn't get to it:)
Bites:
protein shake
protein bar
2 eggs, 2 sausages, 2 pieces bacon and 2 slices ham, pan fried pot and 1 slice of toast
mixed nuts
meat, cheese, pickles
muffin
nibs
2 donut holes and tea
Vites: all in
Exercites: aquasize for 45 min with some friends
Feelings: overall I feel pretty good

Hi Gina, just dropping by to say hi. I am alive, just, but suffering badly with thrush following a course of Flagyl (yes, I did take probiotics, but to no avail). Anyways, I'm on a tablet now and will update properly when I'm feeling better.

No excuse for all the sugary gluten I consumed today, but man o man what a day. My cats, who never fight where spitting, hissing, and fur flying in an all out brawl. 3 times. Neighborhood man who fixes lawn mowers, basically stole our lawn mower and says we can't prove he has it. A resident came into the office today and was screaming at me about a late fee on his account. Nope, he didn't pay his rent. Oh vey. People are nuts!
