B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt with blueberries
S - 1/3 cup peanuts
S - pork rinds
L - cup of chili
S - peanuts
D - fish nuggets and salad
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting after dinner
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
walking (2 laps)

Love pork rinds, but they don't share the same affection.

I can handle pork rinds in moderation but I can see how they might trigger the wrong results.
