B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt with blueberries
S - 1/3 cup peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - cup of chili
S - 1/3 cup Cheetos
S - Greek yogurt
D - chef salad
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting after dinner
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
a little yard work

Hey everybody, happy Tuesday

Bites:

protein shake with a bowl of cereal

4 chicken wings

homemade taco salad

apple

sugar free chocolate bar

couple cookies

couple slices of brick cheese

jelly beans

small bowl of nuts

Vites: all in

Exercites: 20 min on treadmill

Feelings: I'm ok, could be better but hanging in there

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.
