Sooo Happy it is Monday,

Bites: from yesterday

protein shake

cereal and milk with an orange and 2 boiled eggs

sugarfree chocolate bar

chips and diet pop

6 small meatballs and a bit of bean salad

2 pieces chicken a few fries and a bit of salad

jellybeans

there was probably more but I didn't write it down, I eat all day long, it was a very emotional day for me, I went and seen my mom and we both had a cry, - I hate Mother's Day. It was really depressing.

no exercise - totally exhausted from spending Saturday with the grandkids - we spent 2 hours in the pool and about an hour at the park, it was none stop, from 2 - 7 pm. But had a great time.

Vites: missed some, didn't have any pills done, everything was empty, so had to do them after work and could only take certain ones that late in the day

Excercites: none yesterday

Feelings: emotional wreck.

So that being said I am very glad it is Monday.

Susan
